Our engine overhaul begins with a complete engine disassembly, right down to the last bolt. All parts are thoroughly cleaned and inspected according to factory guidelines. We reuse any components that can be restored to original factory blueprints and quality specifications. Any components that are worn damaged or have outdated design, as well as all wear parts (such as bearings, gaskets, seals, etc.) are replaced with genuine manufacturer parts. Our impeccable processes ensures competitive turnaround times.

Besides the engine maintains always its identity throughout the overhaul, making it easier to track usage, calculates residual value and perform other financial functions.

Re-manufacturing also reduces demands for energy and natural resources and generates less waste compared with the manufacture of new engines.
